Santa Fe Trail Meats was founded in Overbrook, Kansas in 1986. Our business is family owned and serves the families of the Overbrook and surrounding communities.

Our modern slaughter and meat processing facility is fully inspected by the proper authorities to ensure that all of our meat products are of the highest quality.

We are a full-service meat slaughter and processing facility that offers retail beef and pork as well as catering and meat processing services.

All of our meat is from grain-fed stock with no hormones added.
